If the order has already been shipped, we will not be able to process a cancellation.
If you cancel your order before shipment, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
2.2. Refund Policy
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you may request a refund within 7 days from the date of delivery.
How to request a refund: To request a refund, please email us at contact@icapsoft.in with your order number and a description of the issue. You may be asked to provide supporting images or documentation.
Refund process: After confirming the return or damaged item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
2.3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for a refund:
Items that have been used or opened.
Customized or personalized products.
Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
2.4. Return Shipping Costs
If you are requesting a refund due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
